Penmap is a family of software and hardware field based products that have been designed specifically for survey professionals working in difficult environments. Factors such as durability, and field ergonomics were all given the highest priority in the design of Penmap and Penmap has become the industry standard for Pen based data collection using GPS and other positioning technology. Any application that involves making a map or putting areas onto a map is an application for penmap. Penmap is easier to use and more intuitive and will work with more field equipment (and office GIS and CAD systems) than any other system.
